Musician Application

We appreciate the talent of our local musicians and are always excited to have them play at the Rockwall Farmers Market.

If you are interested in playing at one of our markets, fill out and sign the application portion below. Please provide a link(s) to your website or social media where we can listen to some of your music. If you are selected to perform, we will get back to you regarding scheduling and to confirm your availability. Thank you for your interest!

Market Information:

Our market runs every Saturday, May thru September from 8:00 am until noon.

Conduct:

Music must play at an appropriate volume. Due to the close proximity to vendors there can occasionally be issues with volume that interferes with vendor-customer interactions. Volume must be immediately turned down if requested by any Rockwall Farmers Market staff.

Cancellation/tardiness:

All cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advanced. Please be courteous and give us plenty of notice in order to schedule other entertainment. If you need to cancel, please contact Claudette Hatfield at 214-543-4066. If there is a chance of late arrival, please contact us as soon as possible in order to ensure your time slot is not filled.
