CHOOSE YOUR ATTENDANCE OPTION: Vendor is required to be in attendance for the option chosen below.

Option 1 - Attending ALL 22 markets.

Option 2 - Attending 11 markets: 5/3, 5/17, 5/31, 6/14, 6/28, 7/12, 7/26, 8/9, 8/23, 9/6, 9/20 (LIMITED AVAILABILITY)

Option 3 - Attending 11 markets: 5/10, 5/24, 6/7, 6/21, 7/5, 7/19, 8/2, 8/16, 8/30, 9/13, 9/27 (LIMITED AVAILABILITY)

I understand starting in 2025 all vendors will be required to pay in advance (monthly) for all markets selected. No refunds due to inclement weather or vendor inability to show up for markets.

If you are selected to participate as a vendor, please select the payment option that you would prefer. We will bill accordingly 15 days prior to the first market of the following month.

PAY IN FULL your selected Attendance Option prior to opening day. This option will come with a 10% discount off entire balance.

PAY MONTHLY your selected Attendance Option. You will be billed on the 15th of the prior month with full payment expected at that time. Amount due will be based on number of markets that month.

Do you agree to a site visit to confirm application information by at least one member of Rockwall Farmers Market committee, prior to acceptance of application? Photos may be taken at the site for future marketing purposes.
